800939
From Spokane, Washington on 3/9/2023
Assumed to be methamphetamine
2 major substances detected:
methamphetamine
acetaminophen
And we also found traces of delta-9-THC + amphetamine + fentanyl.
We do not believe that this is a case of fentanyl-laced weed. This was a swab sample that came from pipe residue. We strongly caution that with pipe swabs multiple substances could have been used at different times, and this doesn’t necessarily represent a combination drug with all the detected substances. Other recent samples from this area consistently show acetaminophen and fentanyl (e.g., in fake pills); the acetaminophen may have been leftover, and the pipe may have been used to smoke weed.
Trace substances in small quantities are usually harmless, but can sometimes cause health problems. Unexpected sensations may be due to these.
There were just traces of fentanyl. This could have been contamination, like if drugs were stored in old bags. But since fentanyl is so potent you should be prepared. Consider getting fentanyl test strips online or from a harm reduction program if you weren't expecting it. Carry naloxone (Narcan) to reverse overdoses. Even traces of fentanyl could be a problem if you don't use opioids regularly. Don't use alone so someone can help if you go out.
Looks = brown crystals

Major substances in graph:
Peak 4.04 = methamphetamine
Peak 6 = acetaminophen
Method(s): GCMS
Peaks that don't appear on the graph were detected using other advanced methods. If a peak appears on the graph but isn't listed above, then we reviewed it and determined it is inactive background noise. Contact us if you want details.
